[DXLog.net - Support] K2 support

Just setting up ready for ARRL 10m this weekend. There seems to be a 
minor glitch with Omnirig in that it does not seem to automatically 
initialise on starting DXLog. I have no rig interface until I enter 
Options/Configure Interfaces and click OK to save the existing 
settings, then it springs into life. It would also be nice to have a 
warning whenever rig control is lost to save eg logging on a wrong 
band.
