[DXLog.net - Support] FT-1000MKV FSK RTTY

Hi Hector.

I will check this issues with FSK. As far as I know, it should work fine on
MMVARI as well as MMTTY.
I couldn't get 2Tone to work with FSK either.

As soon as I check this, I'll be back with more info.
