[DXLog.net - Support] Failure CAT

The OmniRig instructions clearly state that you must *disable CI-V
Transceive* in the radio menu, because OmniRig only works by polling.

Of course you have to get the baud rates to match manually.  I wouldn't
trust the "AUTO" setting in the radio.
