[DXLog.net - Support] FT-950

For any case, I will add FT-950 to the list of available radios, even CAT
protocol is almost the same as it is in newer Yaesu radio generation.
For example, protocol is same for FT-450, FT-2000, FT-5000, FT-950 etc...
Currently, there are 5 different versions of Yaesu protocol implemented in
DXLog.net.
Just for comparison, Kenwood has one protocol, Icom has one protocol (but
each radio has different CIV address), Elecraft K3 is similar to Kenwood
etc...
