Hi Alexandr.

Bandmap frequency now waits to read new frequency from radio.
Before it was jumping up/down, because frequency was changed from software
first,
the received from radio as old frequency in some cases, and changed again
when received as new frequency from radio.

This delay should be reduced because in 2.0.19 there will be a query for
new frequency immediately after set frequency command is set.
But it still would be some delay, which could be a maximum of X ms (defined
by cat poll rate).

There is also another solution, which should remove also this visual delay
and prevent the "jumping", but should test it first here.
