[DXLog.net - Support] S&P is NOT working in ESM mode

I think with two small changes ESM in S&P mode may do what you requested:

Search & Pounce Messges:
F1:  $MYCALL *$SPACE*
INSERT:  TU $F2 *$CR*

But this assumes that $CR doesn't do anything more than log the QSO.  If it
simulates pressing Enter, this will not work.  For Win-Test, I had to write
a #CTRLPLUS script and add it to the S&P INSERT message, to silently log
the QSO, so maybe all DXLog.net needs is a new $CTRLPLUS or $LOGQSO macro
that simulates pressing Cttrl+Plus).

If in S&P mode, the station asks for a repeat, you will have to press F2,
because pressing Enter will do the wrong thing.  If you don't like that,
you can just leave off the $CR or $LOGQSO from the S&P INSERT message.
 Press Enter to repeat and press Ctrl+Plus to log the QSO.

FYI, Ctrl+Enter in Win-Test (and therefore in DXLog.net) just adds the
current station to the band map, without logging anything.  It also erases
the QSO line. This is useful when you want to return to a big pileup later.
 Automatically adding stations to the band map as you QSY without working
someone is a feature of Win-Test that DXLog.net doesn't support yet.
