Hi all.

As I've exchanged couple of emails with Jose today, just to confirm also
here, for our Spanish friends, that this contest is now implemented and
will be included in v2.0.19.
Also, Jose sent me a database of known province abbreviation for many EA
stations, so this will be included to in next release.
