In CQP, it is not known if it is a multiplier or dupe until you fill in the
COUNTY.  Was the COUNTY blank or was it pre-filled?  CQP doesn't have
multipliers by band, just once per contest.

Yes, but but please do keep Ctrl+DoubleClick as a much faster way to delete
bad spots from the band map, as this is also compatible with Win-Test.
