Chris ... the Cabrillo Header should contain a      LOCATION:     Parameter:

 

LOCATION: 

*	ARRL/RAC section (all ARRL contests) 
*	IOTA island name (not IOTA reference number) (RSGB-IOTA) 
*	RDA number (RDXC) 
*	State/Province (CQ-VHF) 
*	ARRL/RAC section (all other CQ contests)

 

The reason LOCATION was added is because Operators sometimes operate from
locations different from their Mailing Address.  LOCATION was added after  I
won Low Power 40M for the 9th Call Area in a CQ WW Phone even though I
operated from North Carolina.  The
