[DXLog.net - Support] RTTY 75 Baud

Hi Ed.

It will be set automatically, but please note that in current version
(2.0.11) there is a problem with BARTG Sprint config file,
which doesn't contain RTTY75 mode definition (file BARTG_S.txt in Contest
subfolder).
In version 2.0.12, there will be two contest selections for BARTG Sprint.
One for regular RTTY mode and other one for RTTY 75.
Also, there are some small fixes in Cabrillo qso line definition.

Version 2.0.12 will be ready for public download very soon.
