[DXLog.net - Support] Com ports over 8

Hi Christer..

Currently, you can use COM ports 1 to 20... maximum of 8 interfaces...
Check combo boxes in each interface. They are dropdown menus with selection
of comport (COM1:, ... , COM20:) for any interface..

I can easily expand this to any number if needed..
