So, it means that client is trying to connect to the server, but the port
on server isn't opened.
Can you check that IP address in network config at client is ok (it should
be the same as it is on the server on some of the interfaces)?
If it is OK, can you check that Network is enabled on the server (on the
client it is, because client is trying to connect to the server).

If you can't find anything wrong, could you provide following info:

1. IP address of computer where server is started
2. Network config setup on server
3. Network config setup on client
