[DXLog.net - Support] Esc button

OK, I think I'm seeing the same thing, even with NOSOUND.  Using Windows
XP, LPT keying, DXLog.net version 2.0.13, if I press F1 (CQ N6TV N6TV),
then press Escape immediately after the "CQ" is sent, DXLog.net still sends
the first dash of my callsign before the CW stops.
