Hi Nick.

What is the detailed setup of COM2 interface on your side?

You should setup device to None ("-" sign) and in detailed setup you have
to choose which serial port pin is for PTT keying (DTR or RTS).
For this pin you need to choose PTT function from dropdown menu.
