[DXLog.net - Support] Speed CW

Do you see PageUp in Column 1 or Column 2 of the DEFINEKEYS dialog?  If it
is in Column 2, the keys were pressed in the wrong order.  Delete that
entry and click [Add], then press [PageUp], then press [Alt]+[F10], same as
Win-Test.
