[DXLog.net - Support] Band edges

Hi Ulf.

This is stored in bandplan_0.txt file in database directory in DXLog.net
folder.

I have to add some interface to enable editing from software, so you should
edit it this time in text editor.

DXLog should be restarted to accept the changes.
