[DXLog.net - Support] RTTY Problem

Hi Neil.

I had a lot of troubles with 2Tone on TX before. So, I am using MMTTY 
for TX, and 2Tone only as secondary RX.
But, I will check with latest versions here, maybe there were some 
changes in the code and we have to fix it a little bit.
