[DXLog.net - Support] Mult shows "!!!"

[9A5K]

Add MULTISINGLE_RULE10_ENABLED=NO

This will disable it... but we noticed this when previous QSO is edited
sometimes..
Trying to reproduce it here.. if log is reloaded, this is fine, it seems
it's only displayed for some reason when previous qso is edited.
But not always.. checking it here..
