[DXLog.net - Support] Modification in 9ACW.txt file

Hello,
in the 9A CW contest config file I had to modify the line for stations 
participating from outside of 9A. I moved the exclamation markt in front 
of DXCC into the same position as in the line above.
Instead of:
POINTS_FIELD_BAND_MODE=!SOURCE->DXCC:^9A$;DEST->CONT:SOURCE->CONT;^160$|^80$|^40$;ALL;2
POINTS_FIELD_BAND_MODE=SOURCE->!DXCC:^9A$;DEST->CONT:SOURCE->CONT;^20$|^15$|^10$;ALL;1

I put:
POINTS_FIELD_BAND_MODE=!SOURCE->DXCC:^9A$;DEST->CONT:SOURCE->CONT;^160$|^80$|^40$;ALL;2
POINTS_FIELD_BAND_MODE=!SOURCE->DXCC:^9A$;DEST->CONT:SOURCE->CONT;^20$|^15$|^10$;ALL;1

Before the change I got in most cases error messages for non 9A QSOs.
