[DXLog.net - Support] Contest definitions + SARTG HNY RTTY Contest

Hi everyone.

All contest definitions are now added to download directory here:
http://dxlog.net/sw/download/contest

They are embedded into setup file too, but in case of any changes before
official release,
they are uploaded at link above too.

Regarding SARTG HNY RTTY Contest.. there is a mistake in it, so DXCC's
aren't counted as multipliers.
At link above, corrected version is uploaded as SARTG_HNY.txt.
You can download it and copy to Contest directory of your DXLog.net
installation and it will work fine.
This new version will be included in release 2.2.8 when published.
