[DXLog.net - Support] Problem

Good afternoon to you
I am having a problem with DX log,when I open the program I get the dx logo pop on the screen and then it drops to the task bar and you can see the icon. When you click on the icon or right click it tells you that it is running but you can't see any thing. We have downloaded your latest update and it's still the same. 
Any ideas
Operating system is windows 8.1
