Hi Jose..

Yep, this was error in Cabrillo line definition for ARRL 10 meter contest.
It happened because sent serial number was left aligned with zeros to 4
characters.
This is changed to right alignment in v2.0.22.

Sorry for the problem, too bad it wasn't noticed earlier.
