[DXLog.net - Support] NAQP Rtty

I used dxlog.net during the NAQP Rtty contest this weekend. It worked very well.Had one name that was too long but remember seeing that this was fixed in revision notes.Compared the NAQP and NAQP_rtty contest configuration files and the NAQP_rtty file wasmissing FIELD_RCVD_MAX_LENGTH parameter. Added this parameter to the NAQP_rtty contest fileand the problem was solved.
