Here are the rules. The next event is in three weeks so I have no
expectation of it being added for this year. Would be nice to have for next

Is the SPAR Winter Field day on the list of contest to be made available? If
not is there another that will work in its place? Needs to require a temp as
part of each report. Or can we get it added to the list of proposed contests
to have predefined?
