[DXLog.net - Support] SQLiteinterop DLL error Message

I have an older laptop running XP OS and tried to load DXLOG 

on it and keep getting an error message when I try to open DXLOG after selecting contest.

I have taken a screen shot of the error message and can forward to anyone who can decipher it and tell me what I have to do to get by the error message that mentions SQLiteinterop DLL.

I have tried downloading the DLL file the error message discusses and placing it into the program folder where it is supposed ot reside but does not resolve problem/
