It seems that Win-Test users are having same problem:

Kreso, 9A5K is competitor at WRTC 2014 in Boston so do not expect a 
quick fix. In the mean time you can try s50arx.hamradio.si port 7377 
which should feed your DXLog with both RBN and regular DX Cluster spots.
