[DXLog.net - Support] Small update

Hi all.

I was very busy during last couple of weeks due to WRTC 2014 preparations
and testing.
That is now behind us, DXLog.net survived WRTC competition without any
problems.
It was also very nice to see many known faces in Boston area during this
event.

Thanks everyone for nice words and encouragement for DXLog.net development.

New version 2.1.6 is almost ready for public download and I really hope it
will be there very soon.

It will include plenty of code and performance optimization as well as some
new things implemented.
OTRSP support is now included and also new networking type is added in it.
It will be possible to use
UDP broadcasting type of network, together with client/server architecture
which was used until this version.
