I agree... polling is not needed at all in this case, but as I see here,
even with polling, bandmap moves smoothly.
It is because DXLog.net gets events raised from serial ports immediately
after each character is received.
And polling function is used just to inquire data again each xx ms, which
is not needed in case of CI-V transceiving.
