[DXLog.net - Support] VHF locator problem ..

Hi Michael.

This was a problem in v2.0.23 reported by DL1MAJ, but fixed in v2.0.24.
Just checked once again, and it works fine here.

0712 is July 2012 when this entry was added to database, and it is parsed
correctly in v2.0.24...

Can you check or maybe reinstall latest version of DXLog?
