Sergey,

Try typing a "?" as the placeholder in the number received field, e.g.
1?34.  When you press Spacebar (twice), cursor should jump to the "?", and
you can type over the "?" to enter the missing number (e.g. 1*2*34).  No
need to backspace or delete the "?".  This works in callsigns too.
