[DXLog.net - Support] Ctrl-Alt key problem

Hi Ken.

I was playing with this today, and it will be fine in 2.2.1..
But, also, discovered interesting thing on my station PC... it's Dell
brand, and CTRL+ALT+F1 isn't working at all...?!
It was confusing during the test, but google helped a bit... so,
CTRL+ALT+WinKey+F1 works as CTRL+ALT+F1 on Dell...
Didn't check is there any setting in OS or bios to turn this off, but it
was really interesting to find this out today...

Some of these keys can be also shortcuts for some other stuff in OS..
