All working well, tnx Chris.

Observation that Ctrl-Alt-Win-F1 works for Ctrl-Alt-F1 is also true for my system. I was able to implement all Ctrl-Alt-Fx keys by using AutoHotKey to remap the non-working Ctrl-Alt-Fx combination to Ctrl-Alt-Win-Fx and now all keys are working. The Ctrl-Alt-F8 that reset my monitors is indeed in the video driver and cannot be disabled. But AutoHotKey intercepts it and remaps it just fine.

Used DXLog in RTTY Sprint tonight and no problems other than the fat fingered operator!
