Hi Sergey.

This one is asked by some users for some smaller contest when only single
prefix country is worked.
For example, in 9A we have couple of such contests on HF, where only 9A
stations can be worked.
So, any station you work will be with 9A prefix. In this case, user can
choose to automatically have callsign
field prefilled with 9A prefix and just type rest of the call.
Same story with LZ HF QRP field contest and couple of others.
