Yep, exactly.

This code is implemented in K3 CAT class. Also, when message playing is
finished, DXLog main
code is notified about it and the rest of the code (if needed) can continue
it's work.
For example, it can start CQ on another radio if alternate cq scenario is
used in SO2R, or repeat
timer is started if repeat is used etc.

Just to make it clear, if $F1 macro is found in the message, it will play
memory #1 in K3 if "Use internal DVK" is checked
in CAT interface screen for the radio.
So, it isn't actually connected with F-key, because you can put $F1 macro
command in connection with some other key.
