[DXLog.net - Support] CAT PTT via Omnirig

Thanks Neil.

FT1000D cat is similar to 990 and it's different implementation then old
one on FT-1000MP..

I have FT-990 here, so will check it as well.

Same for Omnirig.. more testing later today.
