Hi everyone.

Version 2.3.1 is now available for download.

This version includes a lot of optimization as well as some new features.

Also, Morse Runner simulation is now fully available as SO1R and SO2R
simulation.
It is included in setup. Code is based on public available source code made
by VE3NEA (TNX).

- Pass mult message text boxes max char limit was set to 16 by mistake.
Fixed to allow more characters. (TNX IK2JUB)
- Clear stack message propagated in the network created loop. Fixed. (TNX

- Interlock optimistic method added. When software interlock is used, if
blocking allowed response isn't received from all stations requested for
  blocking before timeout, we assume that other stations are blocked and TX
is allowed.
- Morse Runner full SO2R simulation available. Special version of Morse
Runner is need for this to work.
- Fixed and optimized some timing issues during alternatecq scenario. (TNX
CT1BOH)
- Special version of MorseRunner.exe adjusted for DXLog.net usage is now
shipped with DXLog.net installation. MorseRunner.exe is started
automatically when
  simulation is enabled. If you use SO2R mode, there will be two instances
of MorseRunner.exe started. When simulation is disabled, or active log is
closed,
  DXLog.net will automatically close MorseRunner.exe processes.
- MorseRunner.exe screens aren't visible by default when simulation is
started. CQ WW or CQ WW simulation is started automatically is any of this
contest
  files is used when enabling morse runner simulation. If any other contest
is used, default simulation is started.
- F1 and F2 CW messages are now sent to Morse Runner, so Morse Runner is
sending same message content as DXLog.net.
- RAEM contest, database file added. (TNX R9IR)
- Mult worth and mult counts formula in rate window wasn't calculated
correctly. Fixed. (TNX CT1BOH)
- SETUP text command during Morse Runner simulation opens parameters screen
instead of configure interfaces screen. (TNX IK2NCJ)
- CTRL+ALT (or AltGr) + PageUP/PageDOWN now changes monitor volume up/down
in Morse Runner simulation.
- CTRL+ALT (or AltGr) + LEFT/RIGHT now changes receiving bandwidth in Morse
Runner simulation.
- RIT change (SHIFT+UP/DOWN) shortcuts now change RIT in Morse Runner
simulation.
