[DXLog.net - Support] PSTRotator integration

Hi everyone.

For those who are interested in PSTRotator integration, DXLog.net now
supports it as of v2.2.12.
Soon, there will be new tracker added to the list in PSTRotator, but until
then you can use
UR5EQF as tracker. It is same protocol used, so, you can use it with older
versions of PSTRotator too.
