[DXLog.net - Support] Winkeyer in DXlog

Hi Christer...

Currently, DXLog.net cw speed is set via ALT+V or ALT+F9/F10...
Manual keyer speed is set via speed pot. So, you regulate speed on that way
for
any keying with DXLog, but if you want to send something with your manual
keyer,
this speed is set via speed pot.

I plan to add more possibility for Winkey configuration, one of them will
be to use
speed pot instead of ALT+V or ALT+F9/F10, but it isn't available in this
version.
