[DXLog.net - Support] DXLog.net version 2.2.19 available

Hi everyone.

After a lot of testing and many new ideas, version 2.2.19 is available for
download.

Thanks to all beta testers and users for the time spent in this release.

We have almost two weeks until CQ WW CW for any additional fixes, so, in
case if it is needed,
there can be possibly new version uploaded next week.

- UK/EI DX Contest Database and Warning file added. (TNX EI3JE)
- RSGB 6M AFS contest added. (TNX EI3JE)
- Multiple DB prefill files can be used in contest config file to combine
data.
- Issue with "ALL" keyword as multiplier data fixed. (TNX K6MR, W9PA)
- CAT interface for Yaesu FT-1000D rewritten. (TNX EI3JE)
- Fixed issues with mode changes when decoder window is opened.
- CW abbreviations wasn't implemented correctly in some SO2R combinations
during mixed mode contest. Fixed. (TNX OH6KZP)
- Bandmap mouse scrolling wasn't working when multiple monitors used or
when floating mode is used. Fixed. (TNX K6MR)
- If MS VC++ 2010 RTM wasn't installed, some default databases didn't
created properly when DXLog.net was first time
  started. This was creating error messages and had to be manually fixed.
Now, DXLog.net will fix broken files if possible.
- New interlock type is available: interlock with same station type from
status list.
- Multiple interlock options now can be combined. (TNX IK2NCJ)
- Custom prefill database selection is now available. Check menu
Options->Data files->Prefill database settings.
- New prefill database type is available: CSV. This allows usage of any CSV
type database, for example: N1MM call history databases.
- When bandmap list wasn't sorted by frequency, grab spot up/down wasn't
working properly if there wasn't any spot
  selected. Fixed. (TNX LU5DX, M0CKE, S55M)
- CTRL+SHIFT+Up/Down arrow shortcut functionality is changed. Previously,
this was used to grab first upper/lower spot, even if spot
  was invalid (worked qso, invalid qso for contest). Now, it is used to
grab first upper/lower multiplier spot.
- New option available: Don't prefill exchange in ESM mode when bandmap
spot is clicked. (TNX LU5DX)
- DXC Announcements window: multiplier and qso count info is added.
- New option available: Show frequency in QSO lines. If checked, it will
show exact frequency for each qso in log lines.
- When ALT+F4 shortcut is used to return to CQ frequency, station is
automatically switched in RUN mode. (TNX LU5DX)
- Automatic radio RUN/SP mode switching wasn't working properly in Advanced
SO2R technique. Fixed. (TNX K6MR)
- When working S&P, automatic adding of callsign in bandmap in some
scenarios also changed focused entry line. Fixed. (TNX K6MR)
- New radio config option added. DATA mode usage can be forced instead SSB
for any digi mode even when AFSK is used. (TNX K6MR, N6TV)
- Method for closing MMTTY process changed to allow MMTTY to correctly save
paramaters. (TNX K6MR, N6TV)
- When smart interlock is used and unblocking is possible status in
Radio/Ant window is shown in different color (TNX EI3JE)
