[DXLog.net - Support] Exchange Databases

I'm trying to work out some of the issues that we had during IOTA (@G2F) 
with exchange guessing.

Looking at the directory structure for DXLog database files:

The IOTA.txt contest definition file is in the 'Contest' directory in 
the program installation directory (Program Files | DxLog).

The 'exchange guessing files' IOTA.dtb and IOTA_rgx.txt are in the 
'Database' directory in the program installation directory (Program 
Files | DxLog).

There is also (what appears to be) duplicate copies of both these 
directories in my Roaming Profile (AppData | Roaming | DXLOg.net).

Why two copies and which ones take precedence?
