[DXLog.net - Support] band-mode change issue

hello Chris, I have noticed a bug with mode change.

If I click on a spot in the same band I get a mode change.

If I click on a spot for a different band and different mode (like if 
I'm in 20 CW and I click on 15 RTTY in the "cluster announcements"), 
radio (K3) doesn't change mode.

I guess it's a quick fix, so can you please check it?
