[DXLog.net - Support] CW and RTTY in the same contest: macro?

Hi Enrico
There is only one set of macros. You need to completely change the CW 
macros to digi messages which is very inconvenient. Having independant 
digi messages for standard and addtional messages would also be very 
high on my wish list for dxlog.
