[DXLog.net - Support] R: Odd CW behavior.

Chris,

I know this is an old story, I normally work around the Winkey issues by
keying DTR or RTS. 
But in the last CQWWDX I had to use N1MM, using a simple Winkey setup on
Microham HW; well, it worked for the whole contest with no glitch...
