[DXLog.net - Support] Winkey Speed pot

Hi everyone.

Just to explain it a bit.

Currently, when winkey pot is enabled in DXLog.net, it allows you to change
cw speed with pot, but this speed will be used only
for manual keying (with paddle)..

CW speed from PC will stay the same as it is in the software.

I will add additional option to enable speed synchronization, so cw speed
will be taken from pot setting and most probably speed
commands in DXLog.net will be ignored (only "+" and "-" macro commands will
work to increase / decrease buffer speed)..
