Hi Dave.
Regarding rest periods, if they aren't specified differently in the contest
config file, DXLog.net is using 15 minutes without QSO as
rest period..
Of course,we can adjust this with parameter MIN_OFF_TIME, but if it isn't
specified, this is defaulted to 15 minutes.
That's reason why your operating time was only 2h23m in this case.
I think we can add this in drop-down menu selection in rate window in some
of next releases, so it would be easier to adjust it.
