[DXLog.net - Support] Winkey Speed pot

Many users like the auto speed different to the key speed, usually if
someone needs a repeat its sent on the key and slower

This works for us but having the option. of linked or unlinked key / auto
speeds would be good.

We don't use any winkey devices .. Just the K3, using the K3 keyer for the
key and auto from the pc using DTR line.

Only time we have a Winkey is SO2R and that's in the YCCC brilliant SO4R
box.
