[DXLog.net - Support] DXLog start-up failure

hi Luca!

During R9HQ team training remotely installed DXlog.net in other cities.


It was other people's computers, I did not change anything in them

Quickly fix this problem if replace the file SQlite.Interop.dll ver 
1.0.94.0 - the size of 750 kb with another file size 851kb ver 1.0.92.0 
. This file I took from the program N1MM
