I suppose you mean VC++ 2010 RTM?

It doesn't make too much difference, because new dll's (shipped with 2.3.8)
doesn't need it, or better to say doesn't use it
as they are included within sqlite dll now. However, maybe some other
software at your pc needs them, so you can leave it,
but from DXLog.net point of view, if you deinstall them, it will work
without any problem now.

For new installation, on fresh pc, you don't need to install VC++ 2010 RTM
anymore. Of course, .net Framework 4.0 should be
installed as usual.
