[DXLog.net - Support] CAT via RemotRig RRC-1258 with DXLog.net

Hi Oliver.

This needs more testing. We had some troubles with low level access to
virtual ports when using remoterig.
Need to check it here somehow.
I will let you know more in next couple of days.
