[DXLog.net - Support] CAT via RemotRig RRC-1258 with DXLog.net

Hi Chris, hi Simon,
thanks for having a look at this and the hints. If i can support by 
testing, please let me know.
Due to the fact Omni Rig solves this issue and i can't set timeout for a 
lower value than 100ms, I can't proof my clue.

I assume DXLog is reading each sent character by serial echoback feature 
and therefor a timeout could also appear if it is using the same low 
level function provided by .net.

Anyhow I'm not a expert in programming .net and it is just a clue of an 
guy with minor experience in embedded C / C++ who would start debugging 
using a scope or an logic analyzer...
